- The standard kimono rental is available until 8:00 p.m. on the day of use. Please make sure to return it by 7:45 p.m.
In case of a late return, a late fee of JPY 5,000- will be charged. - A one-day rental extension is also available. In this case, the return deadline is 3:00 p.m. the following day. Please be sure to return it by 2:45 p.m.
If returned late, a late fee of JPY 5,000- will be applied. - Please take responsibility for managing your valuables. We regret that we cannot be held accountable for any lost items.
- We kindly ask that you refrain from touching up makeup inside the store, as it may stain the kimono or inconvenience other customers.
- Please return hair accessories along with the kimono. (Rubber bands and pins do not need to be returned.)
- If the JPY 300- insurance fee is not paid and the kimono is stained or damaged, a flat fee of JPY 15,000- will be charged to purchase the kimono.
Regarding Kimono Rental for Pregnant Individuals
We sincerely apologize, but our store does not offer kimono rentals for pregnant individuals as we prioritize the safety of both the customer and their unborn child.
In the event that a pregnancy is not disclosed to us and any issues arise, please understand that our store cannot assume any responsibility.

Cancellation Policy
For same-day cancellations or no-shows, you will be charged 100% of the total amount scheduled to be paid.
Special Notes
If you are unavoidably going to be late for your appointment time, please be sure to contact us. Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late without contacting us, it will be treated as a no-show.
Please also understand that in the case of a no-show, we will charge 100% of the booking amount as a cancellation fee.
If a cancellation fee is incurred under the salon’s cancellation policy, the salon may charge you the cancellation fee directly.
