How long will it take in total?

We typically require approximately one hour from check-in to check-out. In the event that you arrive later than your scheduled appointment time, we may need to ask you to wait, and we will not be able to guarantee the exact waiting time.

Is the rental service available for foreigners?

Yes, certainly, it is fully available.

Do you offer makeup services?

No, we do not offer makeup services.

We do not have a self-makeup station in our store. Thank you for your understanding. Additionally, we kindly ask that you refrain from applying makeup inside the store.

Do you offer hairstyling services for men?

We apologize, but we do not offer hairstyling services for men. We kindly ask that you style your hair prior to visiting.

Do you offer kimono insurance? / What should I do if I accidentally stain or damage the kimono?

Kimono insurance is available for JPY 300-.
If you do not purchase insurance and the kimono is stained or damaged, regardless of the reason, you will be required to buy the kimono at a flat rate of JPY 15,000-.

Many of our kimonos are one-of-a-kind, so we kindly ask that you handle them with care. In case of rain, please be sure to use an umbrella.
